Proprietor, Carol Massa, with years of experience in the culinary arts, specifically as a catering specialist, and chef, has done hundreds of events over the years, and is passionate about the art of entertaining. Our incredible team is headed up by Operations Manager Marshall Massa, who has planned and managed many area events.Our executive Chef, brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and contagious enthusiasm to each event we do along with Event Planners who are also here full time to help in the planning.
